Delivery Information
*When placing an order before 3pm (Mon-Fri.) Your order will be delivered the following working day. Orders placed after 3pm (Mon-Fri.) will be despatched the following working day.
Heavy - Orders classed "Heavy" unfortunately do not qualify for "Free Delivery." A delivery charge from £4.99 up to £9.99 will be added upon checkout. *An Exact delivery charge for these orders shall be provided upon checkout.*
Long Length Orders: Orders classed "Long Length" unfortunately do not qualify for "Free Delivery." A flat rate delivery charge of £4.99 will be added upon checkout.
Pallet Deliveries: Sadly larger orders shipped via pallet cannot be fulfilled and delivered within our usual delivery time frame. Pallet orders will be fulfilled and delivered within 2-5 workings days. *Exact delivery times for these orders shall be provided upon checkout.*
Remote Areas: Unfortunately, we currently do not offer delivery to remote areas such as Highlands of Scotland and Offshore.

Orders can be delivered to any UK Address (Excluding Remote Areas.) Your order shipping address can be alternative to your billing address.
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to Remote Areas/Offshore. However, we are currently working on making delivery available for these areas.
If delivery is attempted and you are unable to accept delivery. Then the courier delivering your order will leave a card at the delivery address confirming delivery has been attempted. Instructions on the card will provide you with more information on how to rearrange delivery or collect your order.
Yes, all despatched orders are provided with a unique tracking number. Once your order has been fulfilled and despatched from us. You will receive an email confirming the despatch of your order and you will be provided with a tracking number.
